Telma Darreh (Persian: تل مادره), also Romanized as Telmā Darreh and Talmā Darreh,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Poshtkuh Rural District, Chahardangeh District, Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 152 in 47 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 232 people in 84 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 219 people in 77 households.[2]
