Sang Deh (Persian: سنگده)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Banaft Rural District of Dodangeh District, Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,528 in 429 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,146 people in 363 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,227 people in 418 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
