The Central District of Sari County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان ساری) is in Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Sari.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 395,716 in 107,378 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 408,850 people in 123,604 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 429,620 inhabitants in 140,492 households.[2]
