Bala Bandar Kheyl (Persian: بندارخيل), also Romanized as Bālā Bandār Kheyl; also known as Bandār Kheyl and Pendār Kheyl,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Mazkureh Rural District of the Central District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 5,255 in 1,385 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 5,273 people in 1,594 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 6,365 people in 2,066 households.[2]
