Pain Hular (Persian: پايين هولار), also Romanized as Pā’īn Hūlār; also known as Hūlār-e Pā’īn,[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Kolijan Rostaq District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Kolijan Rostaq-e Olya Rural District.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 479 in 121 households, when it was a village in Kolijan Rostaq-e Olya Rural District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 626 people in 195 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 956 people in 332 households,[2] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city.[8]
