Use |display-authors= parameter, see Template:Cite journal#Display options, instead of writing "et al." in an author parameter. (IT DIDNT WORK)

(15 Jan 2011) During 2010 the eurozone debt crisis was widely seen (in the UK media) as vindication 
of the decision to not join the eurozone.[citation needed] (gone by March 2011 !)
Despite not being in eurozone UK contributed £7 Bn to Irish bailout.
