Naming

The article might be better named "Fungal infections" or "Fungal diseases" [1]. Whispyhistory (talk) 06:52, 10 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

To be honest with you, I disagree. Per WP:PLURAL. This article is about a single phenomenon (Mycosis AKA "Fungal Infection") which has many different etiologies. But all of them are ultimately causing an infection of the human body via a fungal pathogen. So I think this name is actually appropriate. If you want to do the RM, by all means, go ahead! There may be consensus to change the name, we cannot know for sure. But also be prepared to get a lot of pushback, as WP:PLURAL arguments are usually swift and decisive.
