Will try my hardest, thank you. Whispyhistory (talk) 18:56, 18 November 2020 (UTC)

thank you

for your very helpful edits to Hiatal hernia (not an easy topic), Ozzie--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 14:55, 15 January 2021 (UTC)

Thank you too Ozzie10aaaa. It is certainly a challenge to rewrite and trim. Please feel free to make suggestions. The leads are looking so much clearer and concise. Whispyhistory (talk) 15:37, 15 January 2021 (UTC)

NC Commons

We now have an NC Commons. This is were we plan to store NC and ND licensed images that we use.[1] Please create and account and I will give you editing privileges. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 22:22, 14 March 2021 (UTC)

Mirroring of WP

Mirroring of WP has launched. We are needing to figure out the forking mechanism to bring over new pages. Thus for now you can only just edit already existing pages. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 09:41, 23 April 2021 (UTC)

Okay so forking is going to take more work than I hoped to get functioning smoothly. What you can do now is create a page (copy and paste a page) in user space, than you can move it into main space, than you can import the history of the page from EN WP. Let me know if you have any questions. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 06:01, 30 April 2021 (UTC)

Aneurysmal bone cyst

Whispyhistory, I noticed your working on above article, you might be interested in[2]--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 22:25, 30 April 2021 (UTC)

We can now import articles right into place... Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 14:21, 13 May 2021 (UTC)

Thank you. Whispyhistory (talk) 15:38, 14 May 2021 (UTC)

Reference metadata

We need to keep this in the lead so that translation works. Moving a bunch of it back... Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 14:07, 30 May 2021 (UTC)

Names in the first sentence

I often put other names that are similar or more obscure in the infobox... thus my move here Blastomycosis and here. Thoughts on this practice? It gets the reader more quickly into the text. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 14:47, 30 May 2021 (UTC)

I often include one common name and one technical name if these differ and exist. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 14:48, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
@Doc James:... Am back. Looks logical and sensible. What about Mucormycosis? Whispyhistory (talk) 14:23, 31 May 2021 (UTC)
We should keep "black fungus" as that is the common name. Would be fine with moving the old technical name to the infobox... Good for you? Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 16:17, 31 May 2021 (UTC)
It's good, thanks. Whispyhistory (talk) 16:20, 31 May 2021 (UTC)

Not sure what "The type of mucormycosis which develops tends to depend" refers to? Are these not simple risk factors? Can restore if you think it is key. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 16:23, 31 May 2021 (UTC)

Each type seems to be more associated with which risk factors there are. [3]. It can be reworded in the main text. Will have a think. The lead looks more understandable, goes straight into main points now. Thanks. Whispyhistory (talk) 16:33, 31 May 2021 (UTC)
The detail of which risk factors apply to which time would be best in the body in my opinion as kind of complicated. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 16:44, 31 May 2021 (UTC) generally looks good, leaving it now. Your help on that is much appreciated. See it obsolete? Whispyhistory (talk) 16:47, 31 May 2021 (UTC)

Forking button

We have a new forking button under "More". Should make things easier. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 12:05, 20 July 2021 (UTC)

Thank you...will check Whispyhistory (talk) 16:56, 20 July 2021 (UTC)

Merry Christmas!

Bento José Rufino Capinam - Nascimento de Cristo.jpg
Methinks I see an heavenly Host
Of angels on the wing;
Methinks I hear their cheerful notes,
So merrily they sing.

Let all your fears be banished hence,
Glad tidings I proclaim;
For there's a Savior born today
And Jesus is his name.

Lay down your crooks and quit your flocks,
To Bethlehem repair;
And let your wandering steps be squared
By yonder shining star.

Seek not in courts or palaces;
Nor royal curtains draw;
But search the stable,
See your God extended on the straw.

Then learn from hence, ye rural swains,
The meekness of your God,
Who left the boundless realms of joy,
To ransom you with blood.

The master of the inn refused
A more commodious place;
Ungenerous soul of savage mold
And destitute of grace.

Merry X-mas

One small comment on the photomontage. One still needs the "| image = " or else the caption does not show. Adjusted here.[4] Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 08:59, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

@Doc James: Thank you and Merry Christmas to you too. Thanks for your adjustments. Sorry to mess up sometimes. Whispyhistory (talk) 10:08, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

Thank you.... and for yours and Doc J's help in starting me off with the colours and rows. It's been tricky getting the columns and rows where I want them. There is still a long way to go. Suggestions are welcome. Whispyhistory (talk) 04:43, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
