Please read WP:SOFTSISP before using the {{Wiktionary redirect}} template. It should only be used for titles that are "commonly wikified words or that are repeatedly recreated". Neither apply in this case. – Joe (talk) 14:49, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

21-Crown-7 moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, 21-Crown-7, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the confirms on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Redirect changes

You should discuss some redirect changes first. This is because some redirects have already been thoroughly discussed (which might be apparent from the talk page of the redirect), can be controversial, can avoid making a topic seem distinct when it's not or that it should have its own Wikipedia article (see WP:Primary topic), and because they just might best serve readers even if they haven't been discussed before. You can discuss redirects via WP:Redirects for discussion.

As seen here and here, you were reverted by Onel5969 and John Gordon Reid. WP:Notability is one thing we follow, and Onel5969 pointed to it when reverting you. Here you removed the gender studies redirected that Blahma created, but Blahma cited a sound reason for having created that redirect. All that stated, with this edit, you made the right choice (except for including "Neuter (sex or gender)," which should not have a Wikipedia article), and Joe Roe and RA0808 have further tweaked the page.

I see that you also move articles. Keep in mind that article moves can be contentious as well, as made clear at WP:Requested moves, and that WP:Article titles is what we go by for article moves. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 08:54, 7 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for creating the Triangular chess article! Right now, the citations in the article are a bit unclear, since they don't provide the names of the cited works or the first names of the authors. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Charles Lauth requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Information icon Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Detransition. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use the sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write. gnu57 06:28, 16 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Mr. Garrison is a notable fictious example of detransition. --Sharouser (talk) 06:33, 16 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I thought it was just a random joke addition. I get what you meant now, but I still think we're better off not including it: as far as I know, the portrayal in South Park hasn't had any significant effect on people's understanding of detransitioning. It would be like including a see also link from baldness to Patrick Stewart: yes, the guy is kind of known for being bald, but baldness isn't significantly associated with that one guy. I also think that "in popular culture" type links should be generally avoided in articles where WP:MEDMOS applies. Cheers, gnu57 06:58, 16 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

MEDRS

Please take the time to read and understand WP:MEDRS before adding any further biomedical claims to Wikipedia.

For example, in these edits you made the claim "Several studies have found a correlation between gender dysphoria and autism spectrum." That is clearly a biomedical claim and requires sourcing that complies with MEDRS. Your first source, Forbes, is a news site, not acceptable for sourcing biomedical claims. If you look at pmid:29427119, you'll find the words "This study aims to determine ...". A study is a primary source and is not sufficient to support biomedical claims. If you look at pmid:24619651, it calls itself a "chart review", but opening the section Publication type on the PubMed page shows it to be indexed as a "Comparative Study". Looking at the actual paper, it is clear that it comprises the collection of data from a group of individuals and an analysis of that data. That's a study and it is primary evidence only, again not sufficient to support biomedical claims.

I hope you'll be able to take in what MEDRS is asking us to do: use only only the best quality secondary sources, with very few exceptions. --RexxS (talk) 23:01, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Jammu and Kashmir (union territory) for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Jammu and Kashmir (union territory) is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jammu and Kashmir (union territory) until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Saqib (talk) 07:35, 7 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop being disruptive

Your re-opening of a deletion review just a couple of days after it was closed is disruptive (i.e. Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2019 August 21#Jessica Yaniv waxing case) was inappropriate, as was your request to desysop the admins who handled the case. Please give the whole Jessica Yaniv a rest. If you continue to go in this direction, you can be blocked for disruption. -- RoySmith (talk) 16:06, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I forgot to write the reason in previous deletion review. The Sysop did not count my vote. The administrator did not wait me and others to write their reasons. It's somewhat unfair to me and others. Reopening of deletion review with reason is not disruption. --Sharouser (talk) 16:10, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Ultergender requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. A tag has been placed on Physical inorganic chemistry requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.acasc.cn/course/physical-organic-chemistry-cop10827.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Stop WP:Edit warring on the Transgender marriage redirect/wannabe article. Strong arguments were made against you creating this artiicle and you know it. And there is absolutely no WP:Consensus for creating it. Flyer22 Frozen (talk) 02:23, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Uyghurization

Hello, Sharouser

Welcome to Wikipedia!

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged an article that you started, Uyghurization, for deletion because it seems to be incoherent gibberish. If you want to practice editing-skills, please use the sandbox.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Govvy}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Drafts

I noticed several of your articles have already been moved to draft space as I did with Draft:Transgender marriage. I think maybe you should always use Wikipedia:Articles for creation and start in Draft: until you become more familiar with how things are done. You seem to have some issues with Wikipedia rules and the English language which will need to be ironed out before an article goes live. —DIYeditor (talk) 23:35, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Anti-Bangladesh sentiment moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Anti-Bangladesh sentiment, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, Sharouser. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Physical inorganic chemistry".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 22:56, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your contributed article, Junagadh and Manavadar

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Junagadh and Manavadar. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Junagadh State, Bantva Manavadar. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Junagadh State, Bantva Manavadar. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Mccapra (talk) 04:47, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Standard ArbCom sanctions notice

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in gender-related disputes or controversies or in people associated with them. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about.
