Proposed Merger with Fragile Mental Retardation 2

I would like to propose that Fragile Mental Retardation 2 be merged into this article. There is considerable overlap betweeen the two articlces. I don't feel that Fragile Mental Retardation 2 merits its own article. The article is quite short and extremely technical.
