Citation to Russian chem encyclopedia

The article uses (without footnotes) some Russian encyclopedias. The general citation is handwritten, and I'm trying to translate the easy parts.

Anyways, the first citation is to a chemical encyclopedia, and lists Ivan Knunyants as editor. But it also gives an ISBN, and OpenLibrary lists Zefirov as the main editor. I'm going with the handwritten citation, but I thought I'd flag the problem.

Also: I'm stripping the volume and page indices. AFAICT, the convention on ru.wikipedia is to give total pages for the work (i.e. "it's a 1100 page encyclopedia"), not to give specific pages of relevance (i.e., "see pages 630-680"). That is not our convention here, because that information is easy enough to find. I think the volume indices are similar, although it's less clear to me.
