I don't think the content about EphIDs in this article is notable enough by itself. This exact implementation is unique to this protocol, so (at least IMO) there's not much value in splitting it. A new section could be added to the Digital contact tracing page, which I wrote specifically to compare and highlight the differences between the competing protocols.
