Suggested addition to first paragraph last line

I suggest this addition to clarify things.

"Parasitic cancers are distinct from cancers caused by infectious agents such as viruses and bacteria, which are more common, in that they are not caused by infectious agents but that they themselves are infectious."

Obviously much better, but at the moment it is way under-referenced by WP:MEDRS standards (which indeed usually have more references than medical review articles). But whole paras have no refs. "Two cases of pediatric lung cancer (in 23-month-old and 6-year-old boys) resulting from mother-to-infant transmission of uterine cervical tumors were incidentally detected during routine next-generation sequencing of paired samples of tumor and normal tissue."
