Primary vs. secondary vs. tertiary

Hello there! Thanks for your edit to Alzheimer disease. But Wikipedia is to be based off of secondary sources, and not primary ones (it's a tertiary source). So it's exceedingly rare that such a well researched topic as Alzheimer disease would ever start a sentence with "A 2011 study..." Could you find a study that covers the study you cite? http://scholar.google.ch/scholar?cites=16157310550510699496&as_sdt=2005&sciodt=0,5&hl=en lists articles that cite it in google scholar, so that readers have a wider appreciation for the literature? We're not supposed to highlight individual studies as much as we're just there to cite the facts. Let me know if you have any questions. Best regards. Biosthmors, thanks for explaining this to me. I didn't know about that (still learning) and thought sources from journals were more authoritative, especially since I had seen so many references to journal articles in the reference section. I reckon I will start a section in the Talk page on Alzheimer's and HSV1. I am quite hopeful about the future for this direction of research, if it works out we will be able to establish root cause and far better treatment options.
