To provide some additional guidance, it looks like NGC 678 meets WP:NASTCRIT based on my own searches, you just need to incorporate more sources that talk about it into the article. There are a good deal of scholarly publications that seem to cover NGC 678, add a few of them and submit it. W42 13:14, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
