On the article Varanasi City Police Commissionerate

What do you mean by not enough information?? If there was not enough information then why don't you added any information? What was the need of redirecting the page? Shane Editor (talk) 14:47, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

Because I don't care about the topic. You need to find in-depth coverage from independent reliable secondary sources. Onel5969 TT me 14:49, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

"Canoeing at the 2017 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival" listed at Redirects for discussion

An editor has identified a potential problem with the redirect Canoeing at the 2017 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival and has thus listed it for discussion. This discussion will occur at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2022 March 2#Canoeing at the 2017 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. Draft:Palatine Lodge No. 97

Hi Thank you for your prompt review and feedback on my article Draft:Palatine Lodge No. 97. Can you please provide me with examples of where there is a need for citations from reliable, independent sources. Thanks again and regards --Stev201961 (talk) 21:04, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

Hi Stev201961 - it's most likely notable, but you need to make sure everything is cited and footnoted. I moved it into draft so that you could work on it. The history section is almost totally uncited as is the master section, meeting places and ritual are totally uncited. In addition, in your list of notable members, if there is no link to an article, you need a citation (and quite frankly, if there is no article, they should be removed from the list), and if there is a link, but the WP doesn't mention they were a member (e.g. William Reid Clanny), then that should have a ref. Hope this helps, and thanks for reaching out. Onel5969 TT me 21:17, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

Contested speedy deletion

Hi, I'm letting you know that I've contested the deletion of TimescaleDB, a software project that meets the inclusion criteria set at WP:NSOFT. Please feel free to start an AfD, however I would urge you to follow WP:BEFORE before doing that. riffic (talk) 22:49, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

Moving my articles to draftspace

I see that, yet again, you have moved a perfectly reasonable article, which includes independent references, into draftspace. This is the third time you have removed an article I have created from Wikipedia. If you have an issue with articles that i write please can you help me to improve them rather than unilaterally removing them from Wikipedia? Rillington (talk) 12:42, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

Moving it to mainspace, rather than asking to have it deleted, is attempting to help you improve them. First, when you leave a message for an editor, it's polite to link to the item under discussion. Second, half the brief article is unsourced. I could have removed the unsourced material, but rather than gut the article, I moved it to draft to allow you the time to supply citations and footnotes. Third, currently there is not enough in-depth coverage about the station to show that it passes WP:GNG. Fourth, always happy to help, but it would be better if you approached it civilly. I hope this helps. Onel5969 TT me 12:51, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
Thank you for your swift response. Please accept my apologies if you think I have been rude but you have to appreciate that when the same person draftifies three articles on two separate occasions, one isn't going to be too happy about it. And the reason I didn't mention the articles by name was due to my overall point about draftifying my articles. I have made further additions and improvements to Draft:West Wolds Radio and added additional information so there is no reason why this should not be on the main site. Rillington (talk) 13:06, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

Redirects

Looking at two you made here and here. They were absolutely stubs with little information so I understand the redirects. However, both are bestsellers. I have read the second and currently reading the first. The first may be harder to source but the second has plenty of sources to show WP:NBOOK. Wanted your thoughts before moving it back and expanding. Will look closer at the first later on. --CNMall41 (talk) 16:21, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

Hi CNMall41 - as long as you source the best-selling status (and that depends on what you mean "best-seller", NYT? Amazon? - they are the hallmark), then they would pass NBOOK. Those two newspaper sources would also be good enough to satisfy GNG. Hope this helps. Onel5969 TT me 16:33, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
Exactly. Thanks for the response. --CNMall41 (talk) 17:15, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

Moved my article to draft

Hello onel5969, you have moved the article I wrote to draft space - Girish Rao Hatwar. I am really perplexed on how you decided the article that I wrote is -
  • Not suitable as written to remain published?
  • It has 10 references, but you have decided more citations needed. May I know on what basis you decided so?
  • How you decided there is a WP:COI conflict? The person is not a friend, family member, employee/employer of me. I don't have any business dealings with him. How did you arrive at this conclusion?
  • How did you arrive at the conclusion that the references provided are not verifiable? All references are from authentic sources. They are all well-known journals, newspapers and websites.
Please enlighten me.--Pavanaja (talk) 15:43, 4 March 2022 (UTC)
Hi. Because there are clear indications that you have some sort of relationship to the subject. Onel5969 TT me 17:40, 4 March 2022 (UTC)
Sorry, I did not get any proof in your reply for your claim. Please provide valid, authentic, verifiable proof for your claim.--Pavanaja (talk) 04:35, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Sorry, no, I don't give hints to UPE/COI editors to help them evade getting found out. Onel5969 TT me 11:47, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Respected onel5969, I do know Girish Rao hatwar & Dr Pavanaja. They are neither blood relative's nor do have any sort of commercially connected. Girish is a very popular journalist & respected author. Please don't broad brush accusations. Wikipedia is standing on pillars of proof. In the best interests of debate & in the interest of continuing healthy atmosphere, I'm requesting you to inform why you arrived at this conclusion that Girish Rao hatwar article must remain in draft status.

It's frankly disappointing to see a senior contributor like you, doing this.

Well, now that you've admitted that you know the, follow the steps at WP:COI. Onel5969 TT me 10:34, 7 March 2022 (UTC) - did not notice this was not same editor.

Hello onel5969, your answer I don't give hints to UPE/COI editors to help them evade getting found out is not making much reason with me. I have not hidden my identity. Details about me is available in my user page at Meta. I am a real person. I am a Wikimedian since 2004, a bureaucrat at Kannada Wikipedia and admin at Tulu Wikipedia. My global contributions can be found out here. I am not hiding anything to evade getting found out. As you can see from my userpage in Meta, I am having pretty well understanding of Wikipedia/Wikimedia and their policies. I have conducted more than 300 workshops/editathons/outreach programs on Wikipedia and trained more than 3000 persons on using Wikipedia. In such scenario, there is chance of me violating the policies. I can't figure out which sentence in my write-up made you to think that have violated COI. I am a well-known writer of science and ICT articles in Kannada. I do get invitations to be the guest and participate in many programs like book-releases, seminars, conferences, etc. I do sit with many dignitaries and stalwarts on the dias at many programs. These may make people to feel they are my friends or known to me quite well, which need not be true. Regarding the article that I wrote about Girish Rao Hatwar, he is a popular Kannada writer. His books are constantly in the weekly top ten books of Kannada. Hence notability criteria is met. Hence I request you to move the article back to main space.--Pavanaja (talk) 11:00, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
Sorry, the one exception to objecting to draftification is COI/UPE editing. COI guidelines state, "Any external relationship can trigger a conflict of interest. That someone has a conflict of interest is a description of a situation, not a judgement about that person's opinions, integrity, or good faith." Since you won't admit to how you know this individual, and it's obvious that you do, I suggest that submit it through AfC. Since you are a 'crat, you should know better. But also, since you are a 'crat I'll email you in a bit about how it's obvious.Onel5969 TT me 11:14, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Moving The Dip (Band) to draft

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:The_Dip_(band) I'll work on adding more references, although as far as I can tell the references I added were all independent (except for links to band information etc). But I'm not sure why you thought there was a WP:UPE or WP:COI issue? I'm not paid by the band or have any relationship with the band, but how do I prove that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adamba (talkcontribs) 06:25, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

I didn't question the notability or the sourcing. Frankly I did not look at either. This is an issue where it appears you have a COI/UPE conflict, which I said in the message I left on your talk page. Onel5969 TT me 11:48, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Maybe I am not familiar enough with Wikipedia to know where to look, but all I see on my Talk page is the comment "there appears to be a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict." If there is some other place where you explain why this appears to be true, please let me know. Also you wrote "When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue..." Your comment above implies the notability is no longer an issue; what I am looking for is guidance on how to "address the UPE/COI issue" since I don't think there is any UPE/COI, and the content I can find on Wikipedia about how to address it seems to assume there *is* an issue. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adamba (talkcontribs) 16:41, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
I never said that notability was not an issue, or that sourcing was not an issue. What I said was that I did not look at those, since it was obvious you had a COI/UPE conflict. It is obvious that you have some relationship to the subject, so I would suggest following the guidance which I've pointed to you in the message on your talk page, WP:UPE or WP:COI. Onel5969 TT me 18:22, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Can you clarify why "it is obvious that I have some relationship to the subject", since I don't? Is it something in the content of the article or the style in which it is written?? It seems I am stuck being asked to prove a negative. Unless being a fan of a band or owning their records disqualifies you from writing about it, which seems excessive. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adamba (talkcontribs) 19:21, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Sorry, no. I don't give hints so that UPE/COI editors can attempt to get around the restrictions. But it's obvious to anyone who reviews articles.Onel5969 TT me 20:21, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Can you clarify what the next steps are? The guidelines are not clear. Do I add the "connected contributor" thing and somebody reviews the text? Or am I just prohibited from editing an article about this band because you claim I have a COI? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adamba (talkcontribs) 20:47, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Onel5969 hello and thank you for your message I have no problem doing that editing I do apologize I believe when I was making the article I was getting extremely tired so I might have been doing a bit too much close referencing in terms of the language could you please point out to me the sections in the article you wish for me to work on so I may focus my attention in that area? As I did write a fair bit of it from scratch and I tried to fix a fair bit of the 2002 section as well.CanadianHistorian(MMA & History) (talk) 07:31, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Hi CanadianHistorian(MMA & History) - you did a nice job after my last notice, but as I said on your talk page, still too similar. I gave you a link in that talk page message, which will bring up Earwig's copyvio report, which will show you the matches between the sources and your article. I've reviewed a few of your articles, and you do good work, I think this is only the 2nd one where I had an issue, keep up the good work. Onel5969 TT me 11:54, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Onel5969 hello I have made a lot of edits to the page and I compared it it is still a bit high but I do believe that is due to the amount of quoted material I have I have quite a few quotations but take a look I believe it to be acceptable if you deduct the items with literal quotation marks around them

It looks okay now. The matches are due to quotations, and common expressions. Nice job and thanks for your diligence. Onel5969 TT me 10:35, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Elections 2024

Hello Sir, Have been two more years left to have an election. election commission too has not made an official statement regarding the next election yet. There are no reliable sources of this articles

Zahra Joya

Hello Onel5969, it's been a while! I had been busy this past month so I didn't have much time to make any extensive edits, or create any articles. I've got quite a bit free time now, so I'm back at it ;)

I just created Zahra Joya. Here are my questions:

  • Do you have any comments on how I placed the hyperlinks in this article (United States and its allies invaded Afghanistan, US and its allies withdrew their troops, fell to the Taliban, ethnic and religious minority)?
  • Is citing 4-6 sources to back up certain claims a bit overkill? In this case, I did so to back up the claim that "being a female journalist in Afghanistan is difficult and dangerous". I couldn't find a pertinent page to hyperlink. I initially had 6 citations for that one phrase, but cut it down to 4.
  • What do you think of using Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty as a source? Is it reliable, considering its history and funding?

Thanks again! Mooonswimmer 12:25, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Glad to see you back Mooonswimmer. As to your questions, regarding the first, the overriding guidelines are WP:EASTEREGG and MOS:EGG. Looking at those, I think the first 3 are fine, but last one, ethnic and religious minority, is a bit of a stretch. Since the fact that she's a religious minority is not mentioned in any of those three sources, I'd delete that whole first sentence, as that seems to be WP:OR, or, conversely, if you provide a source which makes that claim, that would do. Regarding your second question, usually anything over 2 cites is considered overkill (sometimes that gets stretched to 3). The guideline for this is found at WP:CITEKILL, particularly look at the 4th paragraph, which deals with this question specifically. And regarding you're 3rd question, yes I think it's a reliable source. I can't remember if it's ever been discussed at WP:RS, but Radio Free Asia was, and the discussion ended with it being considered reliable, so I would say this would fall under the same rationale. Hope this helps. Keep up the good work. And nice article btw. Onel5969 TT me 14:13, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Lost Boys (album)

You repeatedly changed into a redirect the page about this album, the question being its "notability". But while thanks to your actions this album (which chartered in the UK with peak position 11) actually doesn't have a proper Wikipedia page, two other Flying Pickets albums do: "Live at the Albany Empire" (which recorded the peak position 48 in the UK charts) and "The Original Flying Pickets: Volume 1" (which never entered in the charts). Could you explain why? Eleuterio P (talk) 10:41, 6 March 2022 (UTC)

Because there are a lot of poor articles on WP. Onel5969 TT me 00:02, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
Although I keep disagreeing about the notability of Lost Boys (album), must admit your answer makes sense. Eleuterio P (talk) 20:10, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
Hi Eleuterio P - I'm not commenting on the notability of the album, simply on the fact that there is nothing in the article to show it passes WP:GNG or WP:NALBUM. Quite often, I'll redirect an album article, and another editor will revert me, but add the necessary sourcing.Onel5969 TT me 21:43, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Michael Stammel

If the article can be fixed through normal editing, then it is not a candidate for AfD. Search for additional sources, if the main concern is notability. There are plenty of articles online about Michael Stammel. I'd encourage you to help with editing this article instead of submitting for AfD if you are so interested in the subject matter. Instead of allowing the article to be updated, placing it back in draft space, you redirected to another article. After I moved the article to draft space, you submitted for AfD and your only reason is notability. Have you done an online search for Michael Stammel Rensselaer, NY? Again, I invite you to help improve this article as well as other articles on Wikipedia instead of nominating AfD after others have worked hard on producing an article with valid references.

Search for additional sources, if the main concern is notability. The minimum search expected is a normal Google search, a Google Books search, a Google News search, and a Google News archive search. If you find that adequate sources do appear to exist, the fact that they are not yet present in the article is not a proper basis for a nomination. Instead, you should consider citing the sources, using the advice in Wikipedia:Citing sources, or at minimum apply an appropriate template to the page that flags the sourcing concern.

The above are all steps that have not been taken on this article by those proposing deletion due to notoriety. This information is clearly noted in the article: Articles for deletion.

 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dellis12144 (talkcontribs) 12:24, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
Wrong. After you reverted the redirect, and made no improvements to the article, I sent it to AfD. Once there, you invalidly moved the article to draft, which I corrected. I have no interest in this non-notable small town mayor. You must wait till the AfD runs its course, which is most likely going to result in either deletion, or redirection to the list. Yes, I did do a WP:BEFORE, and there is not anywhere near enough information out there to show they pass WP:GNG. And I see you've moved it again, in spite of being informed that that was against WP policy. Do it again, and you'll most likely be blocked from editing. Onel5969 TT me 12:31, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
You are being extremely disrespectful. You have not done your research. There are many articles about Michael Stammel as Mayor, a member of the fire department, ambulance service, serving as emergency coordinator for Amtrak, serving on the County Legislature and as their chairman. There are also many articles about his commitment to environmental threats in the community. So people spend a lot of time working on an article and you decide you don't like the content and move it to a redirect instead of contacting those who put work in to an article and letting them know you are doing a redirect if the article is not improved. I've personally spent a lot of time improving articles that deal with the community I live in. Now just because you don't agree with me you are threating me to be blocked from editing. Is this how Wikipedia really works? You alienate those who actually take the time to improve articles? You nominated an article for deletion just because you were mad that I removed the redirect and then claim there is no notability without doing your research. Maybe you need to be blocked from editing since you are not doing proper research. Dellis12144 (talk) 12:38, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
No, I'm not threatening at all, just letting you know that you're disruptive editing could lead to you getting blocked. Not to mention your incivility. Now stay off my talk page since you can't be civil, and apparently have no desire to learn WP policies or guidelines. Onel5969 TT me 12:53, 8 March 2022 (UTC)

Redirection of Articles without AFD

While I understand that WP:BLAR exists, I think that a good chunk of fictional articles that were WP:BOLDly redirected recently, like Jessie (Toy Story) and BoJack Horseman (character) should go to WP:AFD. This is so that sources can be found and implemented that can save these articles. WP:BLAR states that "if editors cannot agree, the content issues should be discussed at the relevant talk page, and other methods of dispute resolution should be used, such as restoring the article and nominating the article for Wikipedia:Articles for deletion". I think this situation is ideal for these articles. By the way, I am sorry if this addition breaks the formatting of your talk page. (Oinkers42) (talk) 19:04, 9 March 2022 (UTC)

When they are crap articles, and have been crap articles for years, sometimes decades. There's nothing to discuss in their current condition. Some of us think that this is an encyclopedia, not some fanboy mag. Instead of wasting other editors time with reverting redirects back to crappy articles, fix the articles. There's a concept. CAST-15 Review

Thank you for the CAST-15 review.

Might that mean acceptance of the topic?

It could be apparent from my focus on safety-of-flight topics that I come from an engineering discipline where the subject of an inquiry does not have authority to disposition the inquiry. However, I interpret that in the cooperative gestalt of WP, the editor that sets a tag is not expected to remove it when the issue is resolved, more to the point, when anyone thinks a tag's issue is resolved, they may remove the tag, subject to retagging ....

It just goes against my grain to remove a tag that I didn't set.

I am not done with CAST-15, (but, then there are dozens of pages I am not done with, yet) I think part of the Contents section needs improvement and elaboration on the importance of levels of stakeholders.

Hello, I saw you reverted my edit on South Florida–UCF football rivalry. I added that information to make War on I-4 shorter since it is already well over 100,000 bytes (even without the information that was moved). Other rivalries also have multiple pages for their rivalries in specific sports despite already having a page for the overall rivalry (e.g. Carolina–Duke rivalry, Duke–North Carolina lacrosse rivalry, and Victory Bell (Duke–North Carolina); or Oregon–Oregon State rivalry and Oregon–Oregon State football rivalry), so it's not like South Florida–UCF would be unique in that regard. Hello, it has been 2 years since last AFD, I had even no idea they had a page before. I made this page from scratch and it is different. They have much more news and major partnerships now, such as with Elton John. I also posted a message about it in the talk page. If you do not agree, perphaps nominate it for AFD again, but do not just base reversal on prior AFD. Jupiteralien (talk) 22:23, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

The appropriate avenue for an AfD'd article is to take it through AfC. Onel5969 TT me 22:33, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
You seem to be a long time editor, so I respect what you have to say, but is there an actual policy about this? if so please send the link and if not, would it hurt to just review it for few minutes and tell me if you see any issues from just posting it live? again the last AFD was while back so it is not applicable anymore. They have more news now and have significant partnerships with Elton John, Looney Tunes and Spongebob. Jupiteralien (talk) 01:04, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
The rule would be Wikipedia:Consensus, which is policy. Consensus was reached at the AfD that the article did not have notability. Further consensus is that the best venue to attempt recreate an article deleted through AfD is to go through AfC. Especially when the vast majority of coverage is of the promotional variety. I hope this helps. Onel5969 TT me 15:01, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

Demanding that someone do three of four days work feels like harassment to the victim. As for multiple articles: Our knowledge of inner Asian history is poor because there are few documents, they are in obscure languages and because there are few scholars working in the area. Our knowledge for Devlet and Saadet is about average for the minor rulers of Asia. It the two articles are below the acceptable level then so are most other Wikipedia articles for inner Asia. If the articles currently in Wikipedia are acceptable then so are the two articles in question, assuming we apply the same standard. My current guess is that you are only familiar with recent events documented in English, know little about Asian history, found these articles by accident and did not know that our sources for inner Asian history are poor. If my guess is wrong, please correct me. Benjamin Trovato (talk) 01:09, 12 March 2022 (UTC)

Regarding Cooku with Comali (season 3) undid revision

Hello, Nice to meet u. This show is a popular show in india which brought up many people in cine industry but also this is the 3rd season respectively. Which still gave popular recognition in season 2 meanwhile now this is an ongoing game show in Star Vijay channel and in Hotstar (where as in ott platform they upload the episodes and maintain them). But still recently they had started the season 3 and it has been regularly been followed by audience but still if couldn't update it on this space it would be more disappointment to the regular fans. Also this show had been recreated in two different languages and this for this show it had given a positive rating on IMDb too. Hope this would be enough as reference to this recognition of the show and to undo the edits.

One of two ways. 1 - you can try through WP:DRV, but I doubt that would be successful since the consensus was strong, and nothing has really changed since the AfD, even though it's a few years old. Hi. Why restore that redirect to Stephen Hawking, a page that doesn't even contain the word "philosophy"?. I don't think the old page was good content, and probably should have been deleted, but the redirect seems even worse. Even if Hawking may once have criticised some aspect of "philosophy", the idea of criticism of philosophy seems to me about like "criticism of water" or "criticism of walking". Can we just remove the redirect and let the article die a natural death or possibly get improved to something encyclopedic non-coatrack and worth keeping? SPECIFICO talk 15:02, 13 March 2022 (UTC) "

Hi PJakopin. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. It's much better, but it still has some pov issues. Phrases like, "to expand his horizons", "his first muse", and "the most natural environment for his photography", need to be re-worked. The issue is you are speaking in WP's voice, so it looks like WP is making those assertions. Changes might be something like, "Forster always called Anne-Marie his first "muse"...", but only if that can be supported by a valid source. See the difference? The first is asserting she was his muse, the second is simply making an observation about what Forster said. I hope that helps. Onel5969 TT me 10:33, 4 April 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:

While if you simply look at this as a case of edit warring, Ritchie333’s action is warranted. However, there are exceptions to the edit-warring clause, and I feel this is one of them. Wikipedia:Edit warring#Exemptions lists at #4: "Reverting obvious vandalism—edits that any well-intentioned user would agree constitute vandalism...". Now, while all vandalism is disruptive editing, not all disruptive editing is vandalism, as per WP:DE. But it further goes on to state, "Each case should be treated independently, taking into consideration whether the actions violate Wikipedia policies and guidelines." (emphasis mine). WP:BURDEN is part of the policy, WP:VERIFY. Therefore reverting someone who is violating WP:VERIFY, is exempt from the edit warring policy. In addition, WP:Vandlism states: "The malicious removal of encyclopedic content, or the changing of such content beyond all recognition, without any regard to our core content policies of neutral point of view (which does not mean no point of view), verifiability and no original research, is a deliberate attempt to damage Wikipedia. (again, emphasis mine) Having said that, I would also like to point out, that if this block is upheld, I will of course abide by that decision, and in the future I will, as per WP:DDE to send all these issues to ANI. However, that will add several ANI cases per day, in all likelihood. Onel5969 TT me 14:57, 15 March 2022 (UTC)

Decline reason:

The edits you were reverting were not obvious vandalism. 331dot (talk) 19:12, 15 March 2022 (UTC)

CSD G5s

Hello, Onel5969,

Please do not tag pages for deletion under CSD G5 criteria until it is confirmed that the page creator is the primary contributor to the article and is a confirmed sockpuppet. In this recent case, there are other editors to some of these pages and the page creator isn't blocked or even confirmed as a sockpuppet of a banned editor so G5 doesn't apply. Thank you for using your discretion. Liz Read! Talk! 02:28, 17 March 2022 (UTC)

Hi Liz. I thought Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Chatarpatar2020, which the checkuser said, "The behavioural evidence makes it clear that Cinzia007 is a sockpuppet of Chatarpatar2020", meant that they were confirmed as a sockpuppet. Apologies. Heading to bed now, if you want I'll go remove the tags in the morning. Onel5969 TT me 02:31, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
Hi Onel - I came here after seeing Liz's post at the SPI. As the non-admin clerk (not a checkuser!) who made the comment you quoted, I agree with Liz that you shouldn't tag pages for G5 before the account is blocked. It's confusing for the admin who is reviewing the CSD tags as it's not easy for them to tell who the account is a sock of, and it's possible (though unlikely in this case) that new information might come to light before the account is blocked which changes the G5 eligibility. (It sometimes takes several days for an account to be blocked following a clerk request at SPI). Spicy (talk) 03:12, 17 March 2022 (UTC)

Please, why

@Onel5969 sire, with due respect, i would like to know the reason that why did you move "Embassy of India, Zagreb" to the draft space? Do you know that i have created several articles related to that of diplomatic missions of India despite knowing their low self importance? Well, you even delete the redirect page. I didn't like that. And now that i have put "the draft" for review, it has not been done yet. I have even left a comment for that draft. It would be a grateful job for me, if you could act that way.

Utkarsh555 06:27, 17 March 2022 (UTC)

@Onel5969 I am thinking of redirect the page itself. for both the titles discussed. Utkarsh555 06:28, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
It wasn't cited well enough to pass GNG, being solely referenced with 2 primary sources. I could have restored the redirect created by another editor, but since another user had already reverted the redirect, and you had created the article, and I thought there was a chance of passing notability, I felt the best course of action was to draftify, to give you time to work on it. I no longer do review work, so, you can either wait for it to be reviewed at AfC, or you could create a redirect and ask for your draft to be deleted. Onel5969 TT me 11:31, 18 March 2022 (UTC)

Block 21/Moody Theater

Moody Theater is a significant venue for Austin, and, likewise, has significant notability given its status as studio for Austin City Limits. Per WP:Split, my intent was to be bold. While I understand my content split left Block 21 fairly bare, I made sure to leave said in a good state.

As I put in a good bit of work to bring Moody Theater up to snuff, I’d appreciate your consideration for restoration of the article split. New article

Hi Onel5969. I have created a new article, Pashtun National Jirga, and added references to it. One of the paragraphs in the background section was imported from a relevant article, Pashtun Tahafuz Movement. Please check if this new article is properly wikified? Thanks, Khestwol (talk) 15:11, 29 March 2022 (UTC)

Hi Khestwol, the appropriate guideline is Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. It look like you've provided the correct attribution with this edit, so you're okay. Keep up the good work. Onel5969 TT me 10:37, 4 April 2022 (UTC)
