The article Riphouse 151: Could've Been's & Wanna Be's has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unremarkable film whose top ten Google matches appear to be on Myspace and self-promotional pages.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion of "Peter O'Brien"

A page you created, Peter O'Brien, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, you removed all content from the page or otherwise requested its deletion.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you. Zhang He (talk) 03:28, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there
I have removed the speedy deletion template for this as I think you blanked the page in error. When you set up a redirect you must leave the redirect template on the original page otherwise Wikipedia does not know which page to redirect to. That said, if the reason for moving the page is simply because the actor shares his name with someone else, you do not necessarily need to set up a new page for the actor. You can set up a disambiguation on the page itself, like has been done at Rebecca Robinson (Neighbours) as there is already a Rebecca Robinson on Wikipedia. Also, if you're making a page about a filmmaker why not call it Peter O'Brien (filmmaker) instead of moving and renaming an entire article for it?
Also a tip for future, if moving a page or re-naming it, such things would normally be discussed on the articles talk page first as people may have objections --5 albert square (talk) 03:42, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure this person is notable. Please fix the issues or the page risks being deleted. Bearian (talk) 17:13, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
