Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Macy conferences, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Thank you. __meco (talk) 07:53, 20 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing out the information on proper sourcing, regarding my edit of the Macy Conferences entry. I have added sources from a respected academic institution (U. Illinois - Urbana Champaign), and a popular periodical (Executive Intelligence Review) instead of the tripod site. Sorry about the mixup -- I'm new to editing ;) Mmmmtmmmm (talk) 10:21, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cancer

I have temporarily removed your additions, because I have some concerns about their evidence base. Could you comment on Talk:Cancer before readding the content in question? JFW | T@lk 08:48, 23 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I commented on cancer as requested. I will refrain from readding the material until we have discussed the matter further

Nestor Makhno

Hey, I noticed some good cleanup in this article, and thought you might be interested in participating in the Anarchism Task Force, which focuses on improving/writing anarchism-related articles. Cheers! Murderbike (talk) 16:41, 26 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kindergarten

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Kindergarten. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you.

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Kindergarten. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you. Mmmmtmmmm, I've been invited to give a disinterested third party opinion on your dispute with Torc at the kindergarten article. While I tend to agree with some of what you say, the Wikipedia policy is for us to act as a tertiary resource where we collect and present information from primary and secondary sources without editorial and maintaining a neutral point of view (NPOV). We are prohibited from publishing opinions, editorials, and the results of our own primary research. If there is a notable controversy over this topic, then the verifiable opinions of respected experts might be pertinent to a section on kindergarten controversies or political design. Good luck and welcome to Wikipedia. If you ever need any help feel free to leave a note at my talk page. --Kevin Murray (talk) 01:51, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: message on my talk page. Yes to all, but we have to follow the standards described above in achieving your goal. I will support a section on criticism of the kindergarten process, but we need to follow WP processes in the development. --Kevin Murray (talk) 06:20, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
