Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Mark Fox, from its old location at User:Mfox100/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. ~Liancetalk 18:28, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. ~Liancetalk 18:28, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No this is not an autobiographical article. This is an article about my father, a retired federal judge. Other federal judges have pages, and his service warrants one, as well. All sources are third-party and legitimate. Please undelete the article, and return it to consideration as a Wikipedia article page. Thank you. Mfox100 (talk) 18:32, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Again, I disagree with you completely. The sources cited are legitimate, independent sources. No different from those noted in many other articles I reviewed. The tone and structure exactly matches those of other articles I reviewed. This is not an autobiographical article. Again, I wish for this article to be reconsidered by a different reviewer and accepted for Wikipedia posting. This is a bio of a former judge. You have other bios on Wikipedia, and his service warrants listing, as well. Mfox100 (talk) 22:04, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Your draft was declined per the reason in the decline box. It's certain for editors to disagree with the reviewing. I will advise that you improve the draft before resubmitting or seek help even. Also try to maintain civility by sorting it out with another editor (can be the reviewer/help desk). Cheers! Safari ScribeEdits! Talk! 22:10, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In writing this non-autobiographical article, citations are made to newspapers, law journals, law society documents, bar association documents, court documents, and other similar sources. What other sources could be better or more accurate?
As far as the tone and structure, I mirrored other articles. How could the tone of this article not be acceptable or match Wikipedia standards?
And, this is not an article written by the subject. Thus, no issue of one writing about themselves.
I believe this addresses all of the issues. How can the article be re-reviewed? Thank you. Mfox100 (talk) 22:16, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
