Please don't resubmit without addressing the problems raised in the last decline. In order to qualify for an article on Wikipedia a topic must show that they have been discussed, in depth, in multiple independent sources that have a history of editorial oversight and fact checking. We are looking for discussion in well known newspapers or magazines. That material should be summarized, in your own words, and referenced.
