Welcome!

Hello, Irischen1, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please complete the student training, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

  • You can find answers to many student questions on our Q&A site, ask.wikiedu.org

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:20, 2 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sandboxes

Best practice is to create draft articles in a sandbox, preferably on that bears a template like {{student sandbox}} which identifies it as an article draft. Drafting articles on your user page is frowned upon. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:23, 2 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

FDA approval versus non approval

FDA approval is US centric. With our global audience we want not to have the medical uses tried to any one country. Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 23:14, 2 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Great source

This would be a great source to support the articles content http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25559460 I have added it once but it could likely be used many more times to support stuff. Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 23:25, 2 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
