A tag has been placed on Constantin Kluge requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to an article talk page, image description page, image talk page, mediawiki page, mediawiki talk page, category talk page, portal talk page, template talk page, help talk, user page, or user talk page from the article space.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — Dmitrij D. further advice

As a reviewing administrator who often works in the field of articles on the fine arts, I think it might be helpful if I explained further. What is actually needed is explained at WP:CREATIVE. For visual artists, one or preferably both of two things are necessary: First, there needs to be proof that at least some of the work is in the collection of a major museum--the evidence has to come from a publication by the museum of some third party, not the artist. Second, there need to be reviews , substantial reviews of the work from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. What shouldn't be in the article is discussions of the artist's style or importance without 3rd party sources. These sources must be exactly referenced.

I'm almost certain the artist is notable, so please make these changes and re-submit, and keep them in mind for future articles. DGG ( talk ) 05:24, 28 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Fredericksclark. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Vu Cao Dam".

Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Hello Fredericksclark. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Zvonimir Mihanovic, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Fredericksclark. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Fredericksclark|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. In my opinion, the relationship between yourself, Zvonimir Mihanovic and Findlay Galleries meets the threshold of a conflict of interest that requires paid-contribution disclosure.
