Overcategorisation of old companies
Hello. When making edits such as this one you should beware of WP:OVERCATEGORISATION and creating endless WP:SMALLCATs, a good category has 30+ members. In particular a CfD a few years ago suggested that before the 19th century, you should categorise in Category:Specific company type established in the ??th century, Category:Organizations established in the ???0s and Category:???? establishments. More generally, you should be wary of single-year categories as one goes back in time, people tend to overcategorise pre-1500.

Overcategorisation
Please have a read of Wikipedia:Edit warring and be aware that it can lead to you being banned from Wikipedia. But we don't want to do that, please read WP:OVERCATEGORISATION and understand that lots of small categories are undesirable, which is why we have reached consensus at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2016_June_13#Category:Companies_established_in_578 to not have single-year categories for individual types of company before the 19th century (in general) as there's just not enough of them. So for now you should abide by that consensus - if you don't like it then you can seek to change it via WP:CFD but be aware that there's a pretty strong consensus against this kind of micro-categorisation.
