Peter, I don't know who you are, but you don't seem to know a lot about Control of Work. This is crucial: Control of Work is an inherently complicated niche of a niche in a niche market, so I've included the sources that are available. The rest is operational reality, and sources will become available when and if they become available. Either do you research and contribute to the page in a meaningful way, or leave it to the people who actually have expertise in this area. Controlofworkspecialist (talk) 15:30, 4 July 2017 (UTC)

On the internet no-one knows if you are a dog. You claim to be an expert, but we have no evidence of this. You reinstated material which was challenged and then deleted as it was not cited in spite of requests, without responding to requests to discuss. Twice. This does not comply with the accepted procedures. When no sources are available the topic does not meet the requirements for notability, and is by default assumed unencyclopaedic. You added content on Control of Work to the topic Permit To Work, without any evidence that it is relevant. From what I have seen on the internet, Control of Work may involve Permits to Work, but not necessarily the other way round, so it seems that you are adding content that is not directly relevant to the topic of the existing article. That is easily remedied by creating an article on Control of Work, with sufficient reliable references to establish general notability (possibly http://www.hse.gov.uk/offshore/ed-control-of-work.pdf). As you suggest, I am not an expert on control of work, and have never claimed to be one, but I am familiar with the policies and procedures of Wikipedia, and you are contravening them. I am cutting you slack because it is clear that you are new and it is better for Wikipedia if you learn how to work here and work productively, as you may well be capable of it. Wikipedia may be the encyclopedia that anyone can edit, but it is not an anarchy, and you cannot make up your own rules. Many have tried, few of them still edit here. Please read the rules and work within them. I can help if you ask, and if you are the expert you claim to be, you can show this by producing a balanced, neutral article that does not push any specific point of view or sound like an advertising brochure for software. Peter, digital control of work is BY DEFINITION "software" and there are but a few organizations who offer it. Like I said, this is a niche which requires specific knowledge. In that case I suggest you create an article for Control of Work, and see if it survives. Permit To Work is not about digital control, except incidentally. It can be done without any digital control whatsoever, and is not about any particular organisation. It is primarily about the concept, and secondarily about the general procedures.
