Hi there, I noticed you've been an active editor - why don't you register an account? CaffeinAddict (talk) 02:33, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As I said when you asked me before I prefer to stay on the outside. -- 109.78.208.59 (talk) 02:44, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Well there's another problem right there - I can't notice who is who with random IP addresses. CaffeinAddict (talk) 02:45, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It's not even pseudo-random. If the pattern of my edit summaries and writing style (verbose) and the type of articles I edit (film) don't give me away already you can add /16 after my IP address and see what other things people in the same IP range have been up to Special:Contributions/109.78.208.59/16 (often but not always the same person). For ipv6 addresses you can put /64 after the IP address, but I thought most editors knew this because you need to learn it if you want to preserve or protect an article that is receiving any significant level of IP vandalism. Anyway I'm going to try to stop editing The Closer (2021 film) so we might not cross paths again for a while. -- 109.78.208.59 (talk) 03:15, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
