I think it's absolutely wonderful how you are always open for discussion, will always respond to messages on your talk page, but most of all how you solve disputes between users. There have been many times (yes I'm sorry, I admit that I do stalk people's contributions some times) where there have been some heavy wars between users, but you always respond calmly and civilly. I also saw a time where an IP kept making edits that were thought to be vandalism (they really weren't), but you were the only one who replied despite the IP pinging 4 users. If you make a mistake (which everybody does), you always fix the mistake as soon as you hear about it, admit that you're wrong, and apologize, instead of trying to blame it on somebody else or just ignoring it completely. I've looked through many other users' contributions (gosh, why am I such a stalker?) on many other wikis, and I have seen no users who are as kind and willing to help as you. Hope I'm not dragging this out, but this is the last thing I wanted to do before I get to other responsibilities like PCR or AFD. I could have given you any other barnstar, but I think this is the most appropriate based on why. You always bring positivity and humor onto Wikipedia, and always handle people in the most respectful, kindest way, even when doing mentally difficult tasks such as blocking, declining unblock requests, and Arbcom. While people including us are primarily here to build an encyclopedia, you always welcome humor and kindness, because you believe there is always room for that here as long as good things and encyclopedia advancement are getting done. You are very understanding and empathetic to other viewpoints even if you disagree with them, and you always understand morals of both yourself and others. Even if you have to spend large amounts of time off Wikipedia occasionally, you always make sure to catch up on what you have missed and respond accordingly to situations. You aren't judgmental towards other Wikipedians and are respectful and always see them for the good they are now even if they had a bad past or did bad things despite being net positives, such as with Enigaman's Arbcom case, and me. (If you read my userpage, I got blocked at the age of 9 and later evaded with this account for many years, eventually confessing and being blocked until I managed to gain consensus for an unblock, later earning Pending Changes Reviewer rights. I think you would have backed me throughout the whole process if you were present on my situation, given the circumstances and explanations.) I don't know how your current RfA will shake out. I want you to know that ORCP was designed to anticipate and highlight issues to prevent bloody RfA's like yours. We failed you this time. In the past we've had Wikipedians just quit after rough RfAs and all of us involved in editor retention want to avoid that. This project runs on great volunteers like you and not being universally liked or not being the best fit for a mop doesn't lessen your value to the project. Not everyone can be Anne Delong. That said, regardless of how your RfA ends no one is going to remember this RfA unless you show up at RfA again. We as a community get persnickety with these lifetime appointments and that hesitancy hurts feelings sometimes.
