Revert to navbar
Any objections to my reverting this to the navbar format? I'm all for having sidebar, but it looks as if this was intended as a navbar. Since is the first item on the talk page, and looking at User:ZH2010#Sidebars, it doesn't look like the change to a sidebar was based on any consensus. An alternative would be to leave it, remove it from the navbar category, and create another navbar template.
