This list should contain the names of persons who meet the pre-established Notability criteria, even if the person does not have an article yet. Additions to the list must be listed in the section which best describes the field for which the person is most notable and in alphabetical order by surname. As of 2019, this list will be carefully maintained, and adding or deleting a name without first discussing the change on the article's talk page is likely to be reverted. This list should contain the names of persons who meet the pre-established Notability criteria, even if the person does not have an article yet. Each addition to the list must also provide a reliable verifiable source which cites the person's notability or the person's link to Puerto Rico, otherwise the name will be removed.
