Is this a town/village

The article mentions a wharf and a house that belonged to a notable person. I have never heard of a wharf existing in complete isolation, afaik it is always a feature of an inhabited place, at the very least a small village. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 21:59, 11 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
