Mental Illness?

I think specifying that the narrator is mentally ill in the plot summary is speculative analysis- it is never stated in the book. Personally I interpreted the narration as unreliable and much of it a fantasy of the protagonist rather than significant of mental illness. Title

Shouldn't this page be called 'Wetlands (novel)', or something similair? Looking around, it seems conventional to use the English translation for the title, with the original in parantheses in the first sentence.
