I think that the "erotic spanking" photograph is WP:GRATUITOUS. Readers seeking information about a skin condition wouldn't expect to see sexual content. If anyone thinks that the healing process of welts should be illustrated by an image, please find a non-sexual photograph of this.

Also, I searched the Todesermittlung book and found no mention of erotic spanking; welts are mentioned only briefly. gnu 57 17:49, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
