Explanation of B-class assessment

I have not passed the article in refencing because there is a negative assessment for coverage, likewise for grammar and style; if the article is not complete how can it be assessed for them?!!

Supporting materials cover the infobox and image; I will rarely assess this as satisfactory without both!!--Petebutt (talk) 13:45, 24 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
