I would like to acknowledge Dr. Juswinder Singh for the help and guidance he offered in creating content for this page. Not all inhibitors are drugs and this should be reflected in the page as titled. See my other comments. The picture makes the categories of covalent and reversible inhibitors seems mutually exclusive and this is misleading. What is the motivation for this article

Is it to compare covalent inhibitors with antibody based drugs ? Perhaps we should call it covalent drug development or targeted covalent inhibitor drug development ? - Rod57 (talk) 20:03, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Overlap with Targeted therapy

Combining with other pages about covalent interactions of drugs and their targets

A page titled "Covalent inhibitors" needs to exist. A small section exists under Enzyme inhibitor and this could lead to the new/combined page. A recent paper titled "The taxonomy of Convalescent Inhibitors" does not mention suicide inhibitors as it is currently referred to on wiki and is the current best review of this subject. I will be updating this page and combining it with [agonist] [antagonist] and Suicide inhibition soon. These are all based on covalent inhibition yet there is no page for this.
