Mixing of trials and sampling
There are two ideas in the article as currently written - stratification in clinical trials (as in the title of the article), and stratified sampling (which is quite a different concept). Both are important, but they need to be discussed separately. Also, it would be helpful to have a link to this article on the "Stratification" disambiguation page.
