Contested deletion
This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (there were enough references to go with it to certify the written contents about the subject. Also, I think a more reason should be given to go with the claim that this is a promotional article or where it fails to meet standards because by clear standards, I didn't see anything that makes this promotional except if am wrong on this.
