Dates of round-the-world flight are inconsistent
The article lists various dates for the flight around the world.
On the Steve Fossett page, it says June 19 to July 3, 2002.
On this page, it says the same, but then tries to say that July 3, 2002 in Australia would have been Independence Day in the USA. This is incorrect because Australia is AHEAD of the USA in terms of world time zones and the location of the International Date Line, i.e. if it was July 3 in Australia, it would be either July 2 (the day before) or July 3 (the same day) in the USA depending on the local Australian time (and of course, which part of the US you were comparing to!).
In the table of round-the-world efforts, this successful flight is listed as July 1-4, which is clearly incorrect. Or am I missing something
