Hi I am interested in further developing the Southwestern blot article. So far I found several sources that could be possibly be useful to incorporate. They are listed below.

For the most part, each source gives a general overview of the technique. What stood out to me with source 2 was that it discusses potential reuse of blots and even explores ways that this could be possible. Furthermore source 4 mentions higher applications of the technique such as with 2D-SDS-PAGE. Source 1 contains a diagram of a general procedure of southwestern blotting in addition to a detailed scheme which I feel the current article lacks.
