Updating article

Given that riociguat (trade name Adempas) is now an FDA approved drug I feel as though this article could use some work. There are only 2 sources used for the entire article and the information is out of date. Just looking at the PDB database shows there have been a lot of advancement in understanding of sGC. Here is what is to be done.

Find additional sources, add new information
Use ideal infobox. I am unsure which is most appropriate since there are many templates
Fix pharmaceutical targets information
