Sensory nerve is need of additional sections, may be good idea to add more depth of information about different types of sensory nerves, afferent vs, efferent possibly. Adding citations along the way. VarunS93 (talk) 16:20, 9 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal to merge "Sensory nerve" with "Afferent nerve"

I believe these articles are about the same thing. I'm not sure about the merging directions. VENIVIDIVICIPEDIAtalk 15:11, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose - the afferent and efferent nerve fibres are the axons not the nerves and also there are countless references to the afferents and efferents on pages that imo need to stand --Iztwoz (talk) 09:00, 14 March 2017 (UTC) (For merging guidelines see WP:MOS)[reply]

Seems to me that the page title is really referring to the sensory neuron - this is reflected in ext links given which refer to motor neurons as motor nerves etc.--Iztwoz (talk) 09:56, 14 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sensory nerve is afferent nerve (which is also stated in the first sentence of the article). It's not about neurons or nerve fibres, --205.208.121.62 (talk) 20:35, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
