Added.

Although in 2021 the Sauer 200 STR is still on marketed, by SIG Sauer (on their website sigsauer.de). The Sauer 200 TR probably was, too - had been discontinued it seems. J.P. Sauer and SIG Sauer belong to one company afaik, brands target a differing clientele. SS US is sth else.
