"Inside the sarcolemma": shouldn't perpendicular be parallel?

sarcolemma also relates to vascular endothelium?

I find a reference to 'sarcolema'(sic) in text relating to the endothelium of blood vessels, and wonder if something about that needs to be included here in this wiki article? (Or might it just be an error in terminology usage by the article's author?)
The text is: "The cortical web surrounds the internal surface of the sarcolema and is responsible for the cells shape and elasticity." (sic)
