Planet Pop (album)Planet Pop — "Planet Pop" currently redirects to the article Popworld; a search of that page shows no reference to the former. As such, this article requires no disambiguation and should be at Planet Pop. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 01:08, 3 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: As said in the nom, it's not obvious what the connection is between Popworld and Planet Pop. We could ask the contributor who created the redir, but they've been inactive for some years. No vote as yet. Andrewa (talk) 02:22, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think the present setup (dab page) is now perfectly OK. Is anyone arguing that this album is the primary usage over, say the pop festival? (I must say, though, I don't think Popworld has any business being on the dab page even - I'm going to move it to a see also.)--Kotniski (talk) 13:13, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Though actually, we seem to be missing articles on various other albums that have been published under the name "Planet Pop (xxx)" (as mentioned on the dab page, though it looks like they're not restricted to Canada). I think this one should be moved to Planet Pop (ATC album).--Kotniski (talk) 13:21, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I concur with the direction the discussion has gone, though my only supplementary input at this time is that I think the move should be to Planet Pop (A Touch of Class album), since that's where the band's article is located. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 17:38, 18 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support original move request, and move the dab page accordingly. I'm not seeing any other use of "Planet Pop" with an existing article, nor any indication that the festival is commonly refered to as "Planet Pop" as opposed to "Planet Pop Festival". Certainly we should not be using Planet Pop (ATC album) or Planet Pop (A Touch of Class album) unless there is another album article to disambiguate with. • Support - I agree, the ATC album seems to be the primary topic. --WikiDonn (talk) 15:31, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
