what's that on the slide?

The caption under the image has "ILEUM" (stuck caps lock?), and indeed the text of the article informs us that ileum is differentiated by the presence of Peyer's patches, but when you click on the image, the first thing you see a file name starting with "jejunum". Discussion needed of IGA and health conditions assocaited with Peyer's Patches

Citations are needed throughout the "Functions" section of this article. In particular, there must be a citation for the claim that B cells mature in Peyer's patches. Further, it must be clarified that most of B cell maturation occurs within the bone marrow instead of the patches. To elaborate on this point, the article could include discussion of class switching and how Peyer's Patches are a key site in the synthesis of IgA. A source that could be used for this is:

On another note, the section on the clinical implications of Peyer's patches is quite limited. There is research that links Peyer's Patches to the development of Chron's Disease. A brief discussion of this connection would greatly enhance the clinical section of this article. The Following source could be used for this:
