Unsourced claim about DVT and airlines

Hello. I removed the article's claim that Dr. Beighton published about the connection between DVT and airline travel. There are numerous problems. One that affects the whole article is that there are no citations to any biographical claim besides Dr. Beighton's own books. But I did not touch many of them because they can be sourced otherwise. Another problem is that the claim of the connection between DVT and airline travel as stated does not reflect the nature of the evidence as reviewed more recently in 2011 by Watson and Baglin.[1] Dr. Beighton's claim that airline travel creates "ideal" conditions is not proportioned to later evidence which shows that the risk factor is weak, and that was not clear.
