Old notes

This page currently reads more like an advertisement for the PIA. For example, the opening line "The Parachute Industry Association's mission is to advance and promote the growth, development, training, and safety of military, commercial, and sport parachutes." could read more like "The Parachute Industry Association is an organization established to ...."
