Female Only?
Yeah, the does Paget's Disease affect only females? Because I seem to have a lump behind the left aveola (spelling?) Any help would be apprieciated. Thanks --~PogoNoodle~ (talk) 01:36, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Conflicting Information
The intro states "Paget cells are not believed to be cancerous". Section "Treatment" states "Paget's disease of the breast is a type of cancer". An editor knowledgeable in this field needs to review the whole article--Gciriani (talk) 23:38, 11 September 2013 (UTC).

- Why am I editing this article: this article hasn’t been really updated in many many years. A few things have been added here and there but no significant updates have been made. In addition, all but two of the sources are at least 10 years old, with some of the sources as old as 20-25 years. I believe at a minimum this article could benefit from a review of the claims, and updates based on the current literature.
- Overall organization: I think the layout of the article is relatively smooth. The information included is important and relevant. I think some is a bit wordy and jargony and could be improved upon for the average reader to better understand.
- What I will add: I think this article would benefit from more visuals, specifically illustrations that demonstrate the movement of the cells. I would also like to add more articles to the “See Also” area. I would like to add information on staging and how Paget’s disease changes staging in breast cancer (although I think this is important to do carefully to avoid frightening readers). I'd also like to include other things that can present with nipple lesions similar to this in a differential diagnosis style to demonstrate other causes of nipple lesions (and link to their respective Wikipedia articles).
