Dear Andy,

And a very good contribution it is! It is the most comprehensive, scholarly, and current dissertation I have read to date. Many thanks for this valuable article. Mark Bornfeld DDS, Brooklyn, NY, USA --dentaltwin 18:34, 17 October 2005 (UTC)

Thank you.

External links

External links to patient support groups (especially online chat boards), blogs, and fundraising groups are normally not accepted on Wikipedia. Also, to prevent a proliferation of links, it's good to avoid more than one link to any website. Please read the external links policy and the specific rules for medical articles before adding more external links. WhatamIdoing (talk) 04:45, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality

In "treatment", under "Operative therapy of acoustic neuroma", the last item on the list states that "There are many political reasons why endoscopy is not mainstream yet within the surgeon community". This does not seems like something that should appear in an encyclopedia. I'm new here, what do we do about this? Boblive (talk) 21:47, 10 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

mosaic NF2

Excellent article. Could the author add something about 'Mosaic NF2', a milder form of NF2 experienced by some who are first in the family to be affected. There's an article describing a case of this in the October 2017 issue of the ANA/NJ Newsletter Richard J Barker (talk) 16:02, 4 March 2018 (UTC)w The article cites a useful fact sheet about Mosaic NF2 by the Neuro Foundation (Jan 2012) at www.nfauk.org.71.53.143.130 (talk) 14:17, 5 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
