I have NPS and thought I could contribute some information, but I'm just a kid. I've already edited the page once but it doesn't flow very well in the same voice. Is this okay? I'm not used to doing this.

I also have NPS. I am going to try to get my wife to take a photograph of my elbows, and I will attempt to upload the pictures to show people what the joints of a person suffering from NPS looks like. My fingernails are normal,except for a small sliver on my left thumb nail. I also have a 6th toe (a small toe nail) growing out of my right foot (which is extremely rare for this to affect the toe nails). My most obvious deformities are in my elbows, and my knees are smaller than normal causing me to walk "bow legged." My sister and brother also have this, and we inherited it from my father. My children do NOT have this (thank God), but my nephew and nieces (my sister's children) do have this. My nephew is starting to see some joint problems in his knees. i also have NPS and i have in really bad. i was diagnosed when i was born well actually before i was born that how bad i have it. my dad has it to, he was diagnosed with it when he was fifteen. at the moment NPS is affecting my kidneys my knees elbows and basically most of the laces it can affect. everyone with NPS has it different. it affects every person differently. and not much of nail patella in know. my great great great grandpa had nail patella and he had a sudden unexplained death. this is an example i how severe nail patella is. and how unknown is.
