This article does not meet the good article criteria and has too many issues. It has therefore failed its nomination. Issues include but are not limited to:

• Too many [citation needed] tags, indicating that the article still needs more inline citations per WP:CITE
  • The second half of "Post-war use" needs references
  • Most of "Legal restrictions" need references
  • The lead to "Medical use" needs references
  • All of "Routes of administration" needs references
• "cases.[30]t his" – This doesn't look right
