Resectable
It might help to explain why some organs are more easily resected than others. Also mention somewhere why metastases tend to occur in certain organs and not in others. This is transparently obvious to some readers, but probably utterly obscure to most readers. --Una Smith (talk) 20:17, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
Tumor or growth
Editorial comment about referring to a tumor as a growth. "Growth" includes warts; tumor is a solid neoplasm; neoplasm is solid (tumor) or not solid (leukemia). --Una Smith (talk) 00:54, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
